Clinical massage focuses on relieving chronic and acute pain using a variety of advanced soft tissue manipulation techniques including trigger point therapy and myofascial release. This therapeutic approach can resolve problems such as chronic postural dysfunction, decreased range of motion, repetitive use injuries, headaches, stiff neck, shoulder pain, and other specific muscular pathologies. This type of bodywork is very different from a full body relaxation massage in that your therapist will focus on specific issues and problem areas of your body.  This type of bodywork supports chiropractic care.

Deep Tissue Massage - Full Body \ Focused (60 min/$55; 90 min/$75; 120 min/$100)

When a relaxation massage is just not enough to release your tight, tired muscles, a Deep Tissue massages may be booked either as a whole body massage with deeper pressure, or a focused massage on specific areas that needs the most attention.  At least a 1.5 hour sessions is suggested for anyone seeking a full body deep tissue massage.

This is a light to medium pressure full body massage that relieves stress, melts away tension, and revitalizes good energy.

Lymphatic massage (sometimes referred to as lymph drainage) is a type of gentle massage which is intended by proponents to encourage the natural circulation of the lymph through the body. It is recognized as a primary tool in lymphedema management.  Lymphedema is a condition of localized fluid retention and tissue swelling caused by a compromised lymphatic system.

Chair Massage (30 min/$30; 45 min/$45; 60 min/$60)

For those who do not prefer table massage or do not have much time, chair massage is offered.  Chair massage is a fully clothed relaxation seated massage. Chair sessions can focus on releasing tension, back & neck pain, or general relaxation.

Events & Corporate Chair Massage

Chair massage is a fully clothed relaxation seated massage that typically lasts 15 minutes per person. This form of massage reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders; thus providing deep relaxation. A swift chair massage revitalizes your anatomy and encourages overall well-being. Cost can be expensed to the company or individuals receiving the massage which is typically a dollar a minute.
